The Order Process

If you have seen something on this website that has made you feel you would like to place an order, (whether it is a personalised gift or one of the poetry booklets), please complete the relevant sections of the Order Form below and select the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.

The draft verses of a Personalised Poetry Order will be sent via e-mail, within 2-3 days from submitting your order. Unless the order is for a long time in the future - if this is the case, you will receive an email with a date that you may expect to receive the draft verses.

THE ORDER PROCESS EXPLAINED

Please note that no payment is required when you submit the Order Form.

1. Complete the Order Form below and submit your request.

2. You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order as soon as the Submit Order button is clicked.

3. Within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail from me confirming that I have all the necessary information to write your poem, or requesting further information from you.

4. You will receive 25% of your poem (not the entire poem), via e-mail within 2-3 days of your order being submitted, unless delivery of the gift is not required for several weeks or months.

5. If you are happy with the style and content of the poem after reading the draft verses, you will receive an e-mail from Privileged Emotions via Pay Pal requesting full payment.

Please note that Paypal do charge a standard $1.95 fee to you for this service - this is normal procedure (unless you are already a Paypal member). All Products on this website have already been discounted to reflect this charge.

6. Once in receipt of full payment, you will receive the first completed draft via email.

7. Any alterations that you require to be made to the poem will be made within 48 hours of the changes being requested.

(PLEASE NOTE THAT THE 1ST ALTERATION (UP TO 50% OF THE POEM'S LENGTH) IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. FURTHER ALTERATIONS WILL BE CHARGED AT £2.00 PER LINE).

8. Once I have received confirmation that you are happy with the poem, it will be completed to the Finish ordered, and sent to arrive at it's destination in the bead-scented presentation box (scrolls do not come bead-scented due to the chocolates inside of the tube) within 2-3 days. (Addresses outside of the UK may take longer depending on location), and the delivery date will be confirmed with you prior to sending.

(PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRICES INCLUDE POSTAGE & PACKAGING (TO UK MAINLAND ADDRESSES ONLY - FOR DELIVERY AREAS OUTSIDE OF THIS, A POSTAGE QUOTE WILL BE GIVEN ON RECEIPT OF THE ORDER).

POSTAGE IS WITH ROYAL MAIL'S FIRST CLASS RECORDED SIGNED FOR SERVICE.

IF YOU REQUIRE A GUARANTEED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY, AN EXTRA CHARGE OF £4.00 - £9.00 WILL BE REQUIRED (DEPENDING ON THE DELIVERY OPTION YOU CHOOSE FROM THE ORDER FORM BELOW). YOU WILL ALSO BE SENT AN EMAIL LINK WITH THIS SERVICE, SO THAT YOU CAN MONITOR DELIVERY OF YOUR GIFT ON THE INTERNET, OR I CAN MONITOR IT FOR YOU AND EMAIL OR TEXT YOU ONCE THE GIFT HAS ARRIVED.

YOU WILL THEN KNOW WHEN TO CALL THE RECIPIENT TO SEE IF THEY LIKED THE GIFT, OR YOU CAN WAIT FOR THEIR CALL AND LISTEN TO THE SMILE IN THEIR VOICE!!

All hampers are sent by next working day courier - this is included in their individual prices.
